Front bumper removal video ?

I used this one (probably the same one)... I found it to be pretty comprehensive, the only tricky part he doesn't cover is removing the section between the hood and the headlights. You have to give it a good yank to get it out of there.

It's not too bad, just take your time, he covers all the fasteners you need to remove in that video, make sure you get them all. I almost forgot the ones up inside, once you remove the bottom cover (he talks about them in step #4 at 1:20 in the video).
Once everything is unbolted, pull the bottom out a little first to disengage it from the car, then get your fingers underneath the top section between the headlight and hood (where it meets the fender), and pull straight up quickly with a good yank, it feels like it won't come out, but it will. There are two tabs that pop out in that spot, once those are out, the whole thing will want to fall off the car. Don't forget to disconnect the camera wires, if you have them, before pulling it all the way off.

You should only need to pull the bolts that are mentioned in that video... your picture is blurry, so I am not sure what that is

Use an upholstery removal tool to pry up under the bumper cover. Start the tool at the headlamp pod side go in about 2 inches and pry up. The cover will pop off without yanking up on it and risking destruction of the TAB on the bumper cover.

When you put it back on, pay very close attention to the two tabs that slide in under the headlight on each side, they are easy get folded over and not slide in correctly.
