The differences you see in Canada might have something to do with the fact that the CAD/USD exchange rate has dropped +/-20% since 2014...........
True, that probably does factor into it somewhat, but I feel the bigger factor is the fact that up until the 2016 model year it was still very hard to walk into a dealership in Canada and order a new C7, the allocations were still so low that many dealers only got 3 or 4 C7s per year! So with there only being about 1000 C7s in total sold here per year, that put the used inventory at low levels and people could ask for higher $$$
