Nope. Too many other better mods to spend money on.

Agreed. But they should be allowed to mod.

Lots of people do it. People with no taste and money to burn. I try my hardest to laugh in these people's faces

Certain cars are build with that type of doors or similar. Gull wing Mercedes-Benz 300SL,
Gandini's Countach, Aventador. That makes them a certain original door type factor. In my mind unless the car was designed with that type of doors everything else will be a "wana be". Again that is just my personal opinion. If making those changes makes you happy go ahead.

Your car, do as you please. Why would you care what anyone else thinks? If your like it and can afford the conversion, do it. No one should influence your decision.

If you want it, get it. BUT, IMHO, a lot of engineering went into the doors and structure of that car. If you want some rando mod shop guy cutting into it and practicing on your baby, go right ahead. As others have mentioned, there are far better places to dump money. Places that were a compromise from the factory or with the EPA/gov regulations that the aftermarket can greatly improve on

An acquaintance of mine had a 2014 stingray. Has money but not much sense. He put the lambo door kit on and never was able to get it quite lined up to close properly ( he took it to two different body shops without much luck) and he had all kinds of trouble with the wires in the door.
But like everyone else says, it's yours , do what makes you happy.

I know only one person who converted to "Lambo Doors" on a non-Lambo, and he said he'd never do that again. Read post 16 above.
