Hey there folks!!!

We’ve been lurking in the weeds as of late while quietly working on some major production improvements in preparation for the upcoming holiday season.

For starters, we recently brought on board a new Production Manager named David Astorino, who is not only an honorably discharged Airforce Veteran, but also someone who brings with him more than 35 years of high-end composite work experience. Having worked directly for companies such as Sikorsky Aircraft, he also has a tremendous record of accomplishment with composites companies with deep ties to top tier manufacturers, such as Boeing , GE (wind energy), Lockheed Martin (Cruise Missile bodies), etc…

Not only is he joining a team that already averages more than 25 years of experience across the company, he also brings with him an incredible production and manufacturing base of knowledge, as well as experience in cost savings strategy.
Which brings us to the centerpiece of this thread:

Black Friday.

This is the time of the year where we’re all looking for big savings and as a manufacturer, we’re on the same page. So, as I’ve been working to ramp up our production capabilities, so too have I been working to lower our costs for Black Friday. Specifically, I JUST wrapped up a meeting with our biggest supplier of both carbon fiber, glass composite cloths, and resin systems. They’ve put some numbers in front of me that, with the right volume, can bring our prices down to some of the lowest you’ve ever seen from a domestic manufacturer, while also getting so close to our competitors manufacturing in China, or Mexico that you’ll never think twice.

It’s going to take volume though, folks. (Quick, ask me why)

Well, I’m glad you asked.

The short answer is that we ONLY use the best materials we can get our hands on. We run deep with Hexcel fabrics and other top quality materials (hey, I’m not giving away secrets here!!!), so in order to keep the quality at our same standards as always, I can not and WILL not compromise on what goes into the finished product. (If you want "carbon fiber" parts that only use a single top layer of carbon fiber, backed by low cost filler, I wish you well, but that's not what we do here. (#seriously)

So, in order to bring the prices down to the point at which you really can’t say no, we need to buy a LOT of these high end fabrics, which means we need to find homes for a LOT of systems.

Does these packages consist of splitters and skirts? If so i would commit if for stage 1 carbon fiber if it hit the 1500 mark

That's correct. Pair of size skirts, front splitter, and required Hardware.

Also, I think it's important to point out again: these are real carbon fiber systems.

We're not trying to save money and cheat anyone out of product by using single layers of carbon on the top and then backing everything else with fiberglass or composite filler.

These are made by us right here in the U.S. out of multiple layers of 100% carbon fiber with a Soric core support fabric inside the mounting flange in order to ensure stability at speed.

This really is the mother of all black friday sales. The ONLY reason why i would only commit at the 3rd milestone is because i already bought sideskirts and splitter. Otherwise i would just outright opt in. I am praying other ppl see how amazing these deals are
