I got a letter from Chevrolet yesterday
It is about programming the memory seats. It indicates they have had a lot of questions about how to program them correctly and have a step by step procedure that appears to be more succinct than in the manual. I never had an issue, but I have read a lot of questions on the forum in regard to issues. If anyone having problems didn't get this letter I can scan it and post it.

everyone note that this appears to apply to 2016 model year.
Well I guess I was afu, got the same letter today for my 14. Can't find the "exit" button so I guess I'm SOL.

It's not particularly useful to my seating situation however.

I got the same yesterday, although it thanks me for my purchase of a 2014 Chevrolet Corvette.
I have done the steps outlined in the letter a few times early on but could not get it to work consistently until I did the Cute Ginger method of turning off the memory features in Settings before setting the seats. I wonder how many folks will continue to have troubles after following only the steps in the letter.

I received the manual transmission version two days ago. I'm surprised because the memory seat settings on the C7 are one of the easiest electronic controls to learn. I guess a few folks must have had some problems.

I've been having a heck of a time with them.... I found after hitting set button I hit "Exit and SET" simultaneously and it programmed the exit part, but my driver 1 and 2 not so much...
