Every time that I enter or exit the garage I certainly look at it... Not sure that I stare, but if it was missing, I'd definitely notice.

Yea I have to admit I am sick as well. Debated whether or not to cover it this year because if it's covered I can't see it. I did end up buying a cover this year to keep the dust off, and prevent the wife or kids from accidentally scratching it. Every night before I go to bed I open the door to the garage just to take a look. And from time to time I take the cover off just to sit in it for a few. Wife thinks I'm nuts

at least those that can't drive due to nordic type weather will know
how everything works..
i have car for about 2 weeks , and still can't use half of the gadgets in
the infotainment center.
I am having fun driving, and have not had the convertible top up at all!
Car is a blast!

Well I live in Florida and I can drive it all year! But there are times, like today, after I finished cutting my lawn and many times I'll just sit on my little chair in my garage, pop a brewski and admire my car.
My wife will come out looking for me and ask me, "What are you doing out here?" And I just smile & say, "Looking at our Vette." She sighs and says, "Weird."

I do that same, "Every night before I go to bed I open the door to the garage just to take a look." but my wife thinks it cute.

OK, I admit it: I do the same thing. I've had my '15 for a little over two years and still go to the garage every night before turning in just to look at it and to thank my lucky stars that I own it. Here in the Northwest we get a few nice days in the winter and the roads aren't salted so the Corvette isn't covered, just on the battery tender staying ready for the next drive. Regardless, I wouldn't cover it; if it was covered I wouldn't be able to look at it or sit in it listening to music while it sits in the garage during a snow storm.
In my opinion, the stereo that came standard in my 3LT is superb and sitting inside the car in the garage is a perfect place to just turn it up and listen to some favorite tunes. Of course, I have on a sweater and a cap 'cause it's a little cool out there...but it's worth it. Wife thinks I'm nuts, but in the end, she understands. I'll sit there listening to music while browsing the owner's manual or messing with the seats, the screens and stuff. I just keep it on the battery tender so there's no worries about a dead battery.
Life is good...

Can't imagine the horror of living in a wintery climate and not being able to drive year round. We are having a few rainy days in a row here in SoCal and I am itching to get mine out. Just don't want to have to clean it. Next nice day will be Christmas morning, guess I will consider it my present.

It's true, The snow and ice are a drag sometimes, but technically I can still take the Vette out for a spin during the winter months.( The road crew does a great job after a snowstorm). I'd much rather deal with the cold climate than Earthquakes and Hurricanes and Saltwater floods!! We don't see any of that kind of Havoc here in the Midwest.
drove mine here in MI last year on Christmas Day, as it was 45, sunny, and clean, clear roads................. this year, probably NOT........
but still sitting stored uncovered in my garage.............. ready for the next opportunity to go...........

There's an old saying:
If you don't look back over your shoulder at your car after parking, you bought the wrong car.
I think it applies here.
But seriously OP, get some help

The other day I confessed to my wife that I was falling in love with other than her after 40 years. She was about to slam me and I quickly told her it was my new 2016 Vette Vert. She slammed me anyhow.
I just love driving that baby more than other vettes or cars/trucks I've had in my 70 years. that includes my old 66 442, 69 dodge hemi charger and my current durango SVT hemi.
April 2017 scheduled for Ron Fellows!!!!!!

I solved that problem, my garage is 2100sqft under my house so I put in a cigar lounge with a smoke eater and now I can tell my girlfriend I'm just going down stairs to enjoy a cigar and no one is the wiser!
