Default This Grand Sport Photo Is Much Deeper Than It Appears

Ah, the beauty of a high-performance wheel and tire and setup — especially when the combo comes together so perfectly, like it does on the new Corvette Grand Sport.

I am totally convinced getting the GS is better than the Z06, that way you can put some fatty twin T's in there and outperform the Z. love that grand sport that color combo screams AMERICA!!! Ill just need to get my trump sticker on the window and I'm ready to roll. Merry Christmas to all.

The Grand Sport wheels are beautiful - and weigh less as well!! The more open design really shows off the beautiful calipers and rotors.

They look so good I got a set for my Laguna Blue Z06!!!

Mine are the Machined Face version - and actually come from a C6 ZR1 where they were called Cup Wheels. The Cup Wheels are the same ones now used on the GS:

BEAUTIFUL wheels!!!!

i too was torn between the Z06 and that exact GS. but man you cannot tell me for the same price you too wouldn't grab the 3LZ Z06 over same equipped GS every day of the week..

The killer combo would have been a LT4 option for the GS lol... then i would have LOVED to grab that color scheme with the LT4

Great choice Bob, but you know how I feel about Cup wheels Had them on my Centennial vert and 12 Z. Best looking stock wheel GM has ever done IMHO.

I changed my Z06 wheels to a lighter and open design 18 months ago, now I see a vendor here offering the cup wheels in black chrome. I'm waiting to see if Michelin makes an A/S tire in our sizes and then I'll get them on the Black Chrome Cups.

This is, to my eyes, the most beautiful color combo for a Vette.

It's hard to top, that's for sure.
Now, just pull out those orange side marker lights and replace them with red ones and it will be perfect.

Beautiful shot! I love those 5 year old designed wheels. And the GS is definitely the sweet spot for a lot of buyers that want the looks of the Z06 without all that scary horsepower.

Well....That's a GM website photo. Take a look at this site about the Grand Sport - scroll about 1/2 way down the page (or click on the "DESIGN" tab) and you'll see that picture:
