Left it in the garage. 24* and sleet this morning. As of this post it's sunny and 34*. Can't wait for January to be gone.

Finally got a free moment to install the new Z06 grill and poverty splitter. Dropped it on the factory bolts and gave it a much needed bath. After all that I found time to smoke a good stogy, drink a cold one and admire the new look. I must say, in my opinion it looks much better now.

Can’t get more basic than a wash. Got a great hand wash in my town. They even do underbody. Another great way to stay clean and and enjoy my car in the winter months.

I drove mine to work, 12 degrees when I left the house. Yesterday I drove it to Moab, UT and back for work; 230 mile round trip. Unless there's snow on the road I drive mine in western CO. I've owned garage queens; never again.

Nothing like a spirited drive on a brisk day...and with the right tires...it’s as close as we’ll get to spring until...

To celebrate the one month anniversary of owning my C7, the weather was nice enough (sunny and mid 40s) for me to take it for a nice long 75 mile drive today! I LOVE THIS CAR!! It got filthy from one stretch of the highway that was completely soaked with water from melting snow though, but that just gave me an excuse to go to one of those $3 do it yourself car washes and have some more bonding time with it
It looks like we might have a few days in the coming week where I can drive it so I'm really looking forward to that! I also want to get some better pictures of it (that aren't in a gas station/car wash parking lot or inside the dealership when I bought it) I'm also enjoying the free preview of satellite radio, listening to Hair Nation (I was a teenager during the 80s so that station plays the music of my youth)
(PS-my 16 year old son took the picture through the windshield, I had both hands on the wheel at all times)

I did NOTHING to my C7 today because it's still at the Dealership (6 days now) getting all of the things corrected that were wrong with it when I took delivery! Very frustrating.....

Unhooked it from the battery tender and took it for a ride. Hit the low 50's for the first time in forever......
Gave it a quick wipe down when home, then back in the garage on the tender, and covered.
