Put in Z06 tail lights, Z06 quarter scoops, and a carbon fiber stage 2 spoiler on my '14 VY Z51.

Lucky me, the spoiler is juuussstttt catching the edge of the hatch. Looks like the bumper is coming off again this weekend....

(I'd add pics, but it's embarrassing how dirty the car is haha)

I drove mine to 7-11 and then to a church function. It was nice to do that in February, in Michigan. I don't think I'll get to drive it for another week or two.

^ Yes...the time is near

I'll be ordering some parts and cleaning supplies tomorrow in preps for Opening Day weekend in March/April. At that time, my C7 Grand Sport will be resurrected from the garage whenever weather permits.

And here's to hoping they get these road conditions straightened out by then (you know what I'm talking about, coming from Michigan).

Do you have a vendor for the Z06 lights? Do you have any instruction on how to install these lights?

When I bought my GS back in April I didn't want to wait 3-4 months to special order red interior and pay a $595 color override fee (which is no longer the case). So I picked this one out of MacMulkin's stock and did the after market add ons.

I did have red interior on my 2014 C7 and loved it.

Have to ask where you got your wheels? Are those made by Factory Reproduction? I love the Z06 wheels but they don't fit the Stingray, found a reproduction set made for the Stingray on West Coast Corvette's site.

I've been scouting the roads. Around my house, not bad, Corvette approved. On the way to work, still a ways to go.

It was 57 degrees yesterday in East Lansing. I pulled off the car cover, pumped the tires back up to 35 psi, and the wife and I hit the local ice cream store and library, ran a couple miles down the highway, and then put the C7 back in the garage until it warms up again.

I got them on Fleabay from Cultrag. $650.

They're really easy to swap out. Remove the bumper and they're right there. You don't even have to take it all the way off.

One harness clip (power to the lights), 4 torx screws, and it's out. Same for back in.

Just to let you know I did from behind the seats back with the Dynamat and then with 3/8 second skin, then also under the wheels wells with only the Dynamat. What a difference! Have a short gravel driveway and before could easily hear the rocks hitting in the fender wells,,after I noticed right away you could barely hear the rocks hitting. Big Difference in going do the road for sure. Thinking about now doing under the seats and door panels. About $500 in materials.

This would be good to do for the GS. Plus knowing I have this insurance is worth it and peace of mind. Thanks for your note.
Did you buy the tires at Discount, or are you suggesting that one can buy a warranty for tires not purchased there?

I have purchased tire warranties from Discount/American Tire for tires purchased elsewhere, and for OEM tires on my C7. The rep checked the tread depth, so there may be a wear limitation.

Thanks, I'll check it out. Still <500 miles on my C7 so seems like a good time.

Mind if I ask what kind of cost I should expect for the Z51 OEM tires?
