Default Will a #14764 Corsa axle back Muff throw a code

The car is stock base 2014 C7 with no mods and is Non NPP. Will the installation of the above Corsa Sport throw a check engine light code?

As I recall, all 2014s have AFM. If the Corsa system allows you to install the AFM actuators you'll be fine. If it does not allow you to do so, you'll need sims or you'll need to tune it out.

Info is on their website. https://www.corsaperformance.com/pro...no-factory-npp

The part number you cited is installed after the AFM valves. This means for installation, you remove your old mufflers which includes the over-axle pipe on each side, and then you cut the pipes so you can install the Corsa mufflers. According to the Corsa directions they do provide a cutting template.

As stated they attach behind the AFM valves so I assume that no check engine code will appear - Correct? I think i'm over thinking a problem that doesn't exist.

It means the AFM valves will remain installed and operational in their stock locations. Ergo no codes.

You are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay over thinking this.

If you remove the factory mufflers and over-axle pipes and you don't reinstall the AFM valves on a car equipped with them, then yes....the muffler change will result in a check engine light and AFM codes being set.
