To tell you truth don't have a plan. I bought it in Dec14 and still like it. I really don't have any plans on selling it. So for now I am going to keep it unless something strikes my fancy more or something changes financially that I need the money more than the car. I even went and got a 3 year extended warranty from the dude ya'll said is the best on this site.

What about ya'll plan on keeping it for a while or what?

As a guy in his early thirties, having had a used C5, and C6, the New Stingray when it debuted really spoke to me as I always admired the Corvettes of the C1, C2, and early C3 generations. The C7 IMO is the best looking Vette since the chrome bumper disappeared on the C3's. I used to always want a C2 Sting Ray.

The fact that they brought back the Stingray name with the C7, for me, was the icing on the cake.

I plan on keeping mine and passing it down to my Son.

I plan on keeping mine forever. The drive is intoxicating, NRB is gorgeous, and wife adores it.

I figure I'll keep mine for 2-3 years then swap it for a newer model or whatever else strikes me as something i want at the time. With all the electronics and such on the car, long term sounds like asking for lots of problems.

Just traded my 2014 C7 convertible on a 2017 C7 convertible. I plan to trade this one on another new Corvette convertible in three years.

It's a mass produced Chevy. I plan to drive it.

I typically hold on to my cars until they give me a reason to trade in (e.g. reliability, maintenance cost). I hope to keep mine for a good 5 - 6 years.

I love my '15 coupe more than any other car I've owned. Because of that and the fact that I simply don't have the means to buy every time something new comes out, I plan to keep the car indefinitely.

Keeping it at least till the C8s come out-if they knock my socks off then I will consider selling it and getting a C8. If not, then forever cause I don't know if I will be physically able to drive when the C9s come out.

Mine is my DD and my "ride into the sunset". I will DD it probably for 10 years and then it'll become my Sunday ride and I'll get whatever Tesla's putting out in 10 years like maybe an Electric Jeep...

I kept my first Corvette C4 for 11 years, my C5 for 16 years...and my C7 probably just as long.

My son was born 8 days ago.... I am going to have to take pics like this... so beautiful....

I too have had the c5 6 and now 7.

As for my long range plan. I plan to enjoy it for as long as I can but I might have to give it up in the next year or so as my son is more important than having a corvette. Might have to trade it in for a new V.

I just bought mine in late October and it's been stored for it's Winter nap. Only 306 miles on it and looking forward to Spring. As far as long term plans....I never make any. I have had 35 Corvettes (13 new) starting 45 years ago this month. I will say though.... I really like this latest one a lot!

If they get my hvac problem fixed I'll keep it long term. Absolute blast to drive and comfortable too. Still have our C5 and C3 too.

As a rule I keep my cars for upwards of 10 years (have an '07 Lexus - wonderful car).
I see no reason why the C7 won't be in my garage for 10 years, especially since they (like Lexus) stopped making my preferred color.
