"Just got my car yesterday.."
enjoy the honeymoon
Well, i will make this quick.
Just got my car yesterday, absolutly no comparison to my ex 2009 C6. The C7 is just way way better in every single way possible. The interior, refinment, engine sound, transmission...etc i can go and go and go on this list
Will see how relability will be as my C6 was really good.
If you are still not decided on getting a C7, I say Do It !! You won't regret it.
Well done chevy

Just let my friend who owns a full boltons 2007 M6 Z51 C6 drive the C7 (just to confirm i wasnt biased towards my C7).
his first comment in the first 5 min of driving (Wow! This feels so much different the C6), Overall his comments were exactly similar to mine and Patentcad. C7 is just in a another level Compared to the C6.
Im sure No C6 owner will beleive this until they drive the C7, the car is really really Good, give it a shot guys.
Good Job GM I just hope reliability will be similar or better than my ex C6. Time will tell.

I got the car on a cold winter Monday night. All that week I barely drove it, it was sub-freezing, I work all day, so I only drove it easy at night. That next Saturday I got a chance to drive it on a sunny 45ºF day - about 75 miles of mostly highway but some country road twisties. That had to be the most amazing automotive revelation I have ever personally experienced. Very cool.

I grew up with and always wanted a C5. My favorite car ever without a doubt. Eventually I will get around to picking up one if I see one I like.
The C7 is in a completely different class though.

Used to own:
2000 C5
Currently own:
1996 C4
2007 C6
Just bought:
2017 C7 GS
As an earlier post stated, you would expect every new generation to improve upon the previous generation, but having one of each from the last four iterations, I can absolutely say the the C7 is an order of magnitude above the previous models. And I only have 350 miles on it, lol....

I'm guessing you only have room for 3 such as myself. Not sure if it's a blessing or a curse.

C5 vs C7
The C-5 section is also a great place to view the nay sayers.
Some of the c-5 owners are adamant that a c-5 is better than a C-7.
All it takes a supercharger, upgraded seats, etc.
I own both, and there is no contest, the C-7 is head and shoulders above a C-5 (and thus a C-6 since they're pretty much the same car)
