I'm starting to add some statistics tabs to the spreadsheet too now that more cars are in here (mostly dealer ones). The M7 Convertible is certainly looking to be the rare model. Of the 117 at the dealer right now, there are only 2 M7 Convertibles. If someone is looking to go rare, those are the ones to get.

The George Matick dealership is out of control - they have almost 10 of them, and I was told that one was sold today. Still on the fence between getting one vs a custom order. Anybody got a million dollars to make my decision substantially easier???

Thanks, you made me go back and look on their site, found 2 more that I didn't have. I have 11 on the list there, but as you say, they may have sold some. Hard for me to keep track after they leave unless they register here which is why I wanted to try and capture some of these while it is public info.

They have two convertibles there too, those are hard to find....

Yeah, I've been talking to one of the guys out there since late-September, and he keeps me updated on the CEs since he knows that I have an interest in them. I did call him today and he mentioned that one was sold. Every time I go out there or call for questions, he somehow manages to get more in stock. It's a beautiful piece of machinery.

Yeah, I can confirm that they do have those convertibles in stock, as I distinctly remember looking at one of them. Convertibles aren't my thing, but I won't scold anyone who likes them.

So Matick is definitely the premier place to get a CE if that's your target.

Sounds like you'll be getting one :-) They have lots of variants to choose from, almost like ordering custom!

Seeing mine sitting in the delivery cameras with the WG Coupe behind it that has the red striped wheels. Makes me wonder what a Tension Blue stripe on those wheels might look like....

Yes, would love to see it. Did you just have a local paint shop do it?

Please post pics from the side as well as some up close of the wheels.

wheels were striped by a local pinstriper done at Rick Hendrick City Chevrolet as a surprise gift to me. Done before I arrived to pick up the car. Keep in mind these wheels do not have the groove on the edge so the stripe is being applied to just a flat surface. Washing them gently and will need a Valium when I get new tires mounted. Still trying to get photo posted.

My local Chevy dealer has a Coupe on the floor for just over $74,000. I may have to go and take a closer look at it.

Interesting that they came out sideways Bill! But it still looks great! I might have to look into doing that paint on the wheels, but you brought up a good point, tire changes could mean a touch up is required. I'd hope though that they handle those tire changes pretty gently.

Up to 160 cars now on the list and thanks to a little help we have cars 496, 497 and 498. Should probably start seeing cars in the 500's soon I suppose!

That's still a pretty sweet concept despite the flat surface - I like it

#309 at Matick is coming my way to Mundelein, IL. Just have to drop the deal pack off at UPS. (Thanks Alan Johnson!!!!) The blue stripe on the wheels of Bill Cruthis' car looks great. I might have to do that.

Insert pic of dark gray metallic car with blue interior here ->

I wasn't even thinking about getting another toy except maybe a 30s Ford street rod. Was actually looking for my wife. She's been debating over the new Maserati whatever SUV and the Jag F-Pace. Then was pondering about a Volvo XC-60 after having one as a rental. Out of the blue she said she thought the C7 vette looked great. Say no more! Off to the nearest dealer with the largest inventory. Found a gorgeous GS in black rose with the Kalahari LT3 package. She drove it (super cushy mode of course) and loved it. While lingering in the showroom awaiting the sales manager my wife commented that the CE sitting there would be great for me. Didn't really give it a second thought, at least not until later. Couldn't strike a deal so called up Alan at Matick. Ordered the car for my wife and bought a CE.

They will be joining my '64 vert and C6Z06 among others. I think I led my wife to believe that I'd sell the Z06, but I'm figuring out how to keep it.

Our local dealership has one on the showroom floor.
Frankly, I don't like the blue interior.
