Cool, congrats again.
I would ask the dealer for a VIS report on that car just so you have any service history since it does look like it was museum delivered, even though it was not new. Someone ordered that car with museum delivery and then backed out or refused. I would want to know why and also if you can take advantage of any of the museum delivery benefits since you own it new. Might be worth checking with the museum as well.

FYI, I bought in 2014 a new C7 with museum delivery and the car had 6 miles on the odometer......
My best.

For a couple hundred bucks and some vinyl supplies I'm guessing someone might be able to make some Grand Sport decals for the door sills....

I'm in middle of chemo treatment and energy levels aren't quite what they used to be.
Wow! Sorry to hear that buddy. Hope you have a speedy recovery - too many miles to be put on that new car to let this get in the way!!

Well boys and girls...I signed up for Level One at Ron Fellows / Spring Mountain yesterday. Heading down to Vegas from the snow here in Canada on March 22-25, 2018. Perfect timing as my car comes out of winter storage on April 10th. I really enjoyed the session last year with the Corvette Owner School and with the purchase of the new GSCE I got another kick at it but was able to upgrade to the Level One!

Enjoy it. I know you will. I've got # 663, not a Convert. but based on this thread one of 157 in the USA before dealer added a few options pre and post delivery.

Bankers1, I don't have you noted in the registry for 663. Is Albany, NY the correct way to have you listed?
Registry is a good source for data. Not sure about the 157 number though, what that is referring to.

I did fill in Registry data 2 +/- days ago ????
667 were Coupes
611 were 8 Sp trans.
157 were all of the above + Z07 Package ????? I have all of the above and Z07 Pkg.
# 663 Will go back to re-register.... Albany, NY is right

You're covered in the registry now, all good!
Yes, 667 Coupes in US.
The number of Coupe / A8's w/Z07 (your config) is 101. That is shown on the Statistics - Configuration tab on the spreadsheet. But that is out of the total production. The US only numbers for that type of configuration are not shown on the sheet or published by GM.
But I can tell you that number :-)
There were 75 Coupe / A8 / Z07 packaged GSCE's delivered in the US. That number is pretty solid.
What I don't have incredibly accurate numbers on are the options. The major option you have is the Carbon Flash Ground Effects, that narrows it down to at least 14 cars. I don't have total numbers there, but I'm thinking that is pretty close, less than 20 with that option on top of everything else.

The carbon flash frame wasn't one I tracked, all of the others you mention I show in the registry already . My registry is different than the Grand Sport Registry, which I encourage people to join of course, I'm a life time member. This registry though is just to track the GSCE's, you can find the link to the Google Sheet in the very first post in this thread.
The spreadsheet can be filtered to try and figure this stuff out, which is how I got to the number.
From my perspective in tracking this stuff, the "core" components when looking at GSCE configurations are body (coupe / vert), trans (A8/M7) and Z07. Of course localizing it to a region is another component.
If you want to take the New York angle, showing 36 that were or are in NY. 7 of those I have with identified owners. I'm showing 4 like yours in New York. There's two still for sale, one is in Fort Montgomery that has the visible carbon fiber ground effects and comp seats.

Cool new print available at NCM featuring one of our own.... GSCE #006
Saw this for sale on the NCM website. Description of the print is below as well as a picture. GSCE # 6 is our own John M, nice of him to share that work with everyone :-)

Four Aces is a commission for the owner of the three newest Corvette Grand Sports in the image, and the white Corvette is original Grand Sport #5. I created a stormy sky to add a bit of interest and a dramatic lighting source. The GS on the left, a 2017 Commemorative Edition in Watkins Glen Gray with blue accents on the fenders and interior, is VIN #0006 as are the two other Grand Sports from C4 and C6." - Dana Forrester

His & Her's
The 2011 ZO6 Carbon is mine, #199 of 252. The GSCE is my wife's, #095
I haven't driven my Carbon since mid December 2014. On the 28th of December 2014 I was admitted to the hospital with weakness in my legs. Forty-eight hours later, I was paralyzed from my toes to shoulders (C3 - C7) was the primary damage.
The cause was never determined.
The name they attached to my condition is Transvers Myelitis. For a short period of time, about three days I thought there must be a cure. The only cure, with no percentage of total recovery is therapy. I started my Occupational Therapy (OT) & Physical Therapy (PT) 16 January 2015. I have out patient PT three times a week for one hour sessions.
During the past few months I have been able to get into the passenger seat for a ride along when my friends take it out for a spin (wife can't drive a stick).
My goal is to get in the drivers seat, currently I don't have enough feeling in my feet.
I will never give up!!

Nice pair! Sounds like you're headed in the right direction, hope you're driving again soon!
Don't have your wife listed in our registry, is she a CF member as well? If not, I can put your name down, just need a town in SC that you're located in and I'll get it updated.

I'll bet your neighbors are VERY jealous, and I hope you don't start them (Vettes) up before 8am at the same time, a little thunder in the 'hood sounds good to us, but neighbors, not so much.
Best to you!
