Outstanding room and display!

I love train photos, especially when there is a Corvette involved. Thanks for sharing the pics.

I figured that would be a size I could do just about anything I want to do. Better to have more room than I need than less. My wife said this, what a great wife. She loves the trains and she loves doing the scenery, we have about 200 Dept. 56 building to use on the layout.

I've got Lionel trains, but then I discovered G scale or garden trains, they are much bigger with more detail. I have a 2 track layout in my back yard. These puppies will run in rain or snow!

Old layout, currently being reconstructed.

Some of the trains.

Actually I don't have a layout in the room. That is where I keep and display them. I am actually having a 40 x 40 foot building being built on the rear of my property and that will house my layout. Should be done in a couple months.

Trains are mesmerizing. I too have been involved with them since I was a kid. I don't think I will ever tire of looking at them collecting them and still riding them whenever I can. I have a 45 RPM record in my jukebox I love, The wreck of the old 97, Johnny Cash.
