Default Does only Borla x-pipe's have 2nd cat deletes?

im looking to upgrade my stock c7 exhaust ( non npp base model )
and mostly going for the sound dont care much about gains. i mainly wanted corsa but just found out theres doesnt have the secondary cat's delete. but it seems borla does. any other companies that also do it? and would you say the cat delete ones would be the best overall sound? im used to have a full exhaust and test pipes on my infiniti so im not worried about noise or smell. thanks.

Corsa's X-pipe has secondary cat-deletes. Borla has one with cats, and one without cats (#60547)... Here's a pic of my Corsa Double Helix X-pipe (#14761) compared to OEM:

The #14761 is 100% secondary cat-delete. I have it installed, with their Xtremes, and it is one of the most popular cat-less X-pipes on this forum. Either they misunderstood your question, or the person who you talked to was misinformed.

It delete's the rear unmonitored cat's. The main cat's that are monitored are untouched when replacing the x-pipe.

Doesn't matter... both are very good X-pipes and both will work w/the Extremes. The Corsa is 3" compared to the Borla 2.75", but the Corsa reduces to 2.75", which is the "general" size of most aftermarket muffler piping.

I went with the full Corsa set-up and I'm completely happy with fit, finish, sound, and appearance. Corsa has an informative installation vid on YouTube... I suppose it's on their site as well.

There are TWO separate pairs of cats on a C7: "main" cats attached to the exhaust manifolds and smaller "pup" cats in the x-pipe. The Main cats are monitored by the emissions system. The Pup cats are NOT monitored and cannot throw any codes.
