Default Battery charging sign

I'm not sure how many of you have had this happen to them. When I had my C5 I would plug my Battery Tender into the Aux Power Outlet in the glove box and run the wire out the drivers door. No chance of me ever forgetting to unplug it.

Well now on my C7 the Aux Power Outlet is in the back. So when I get into the car there is nothing to warm me that the Battery Tender is connected. I actually pull the car out three time without unplugging it. So, I created this simple solution. It's a sign that you can put on your console, lay on the back window or windshield so you have a visual reminder.

The photo attached is 5-1/2"x3-1/2" and can be printed on cardboard or paper and then laminated to make it permanent. My gift to any forum member who would like it.

If you have trouble downloading it you PM me and I'll email you the file.

Thanks! Much nicer than the one I've been using since 12/2013.

I dragged it a few feet when leaving the garage one day. I now place a PostIt note warning ON THE STEERING WHEEL when I plug-in the charger.

Luckily my charger uncoupled at the connector so no damage.

I have a long 12v cord on my maintainer so I sit it by the left rear wheel.
Fully visible and I haven't backed out YET with it in tow,

However, I am printing out the sign for the dash as a "backup" plan.

Thanks for the artwork!

LOL, better than my quick photoshop reminder too! Thanks! Having charger access in the back of the car has been a learning experience . . .

My tweaks: 3M laminating film and added a magnet to stick on the metal cabinet near the charger when not in use.
