Default Installed PowerStop brake pads...should have done this much sooner!

I hated the brake dust from the first day I drove my Stingray. Finally quit procrastinating and installed PowerStop pads on my 2016 Z51 after watching YouTube videos and seeing just how easy the process was for a person with average mechanical ability. Wow......considerably less dust!!! My guess would be around 75% less with no noticeable difference in braking for the spirited way I drive. And the cost was only about $130 and about four to five hours of my time. My only regret is that I waited this long to get off my butt to do this. I highly recommend this modification to anyone who values clean and bright wheels.

Do these brake pads (front) stop the terrible brake squeal when the humidity is high or just after the car is washed?

I know, seriously they are great. Have to laugh when all the haters chime in with their baseless opinions.

I need to change mine out. It's crazy just how much dust those things create. Literally a 50 mile drive will make a very nice dusting

They are on my list. My black wheels aren't so black right now.

Gotta do that. Where did you buy? Do you know part number for C7 Z-51?

I installed the Powerstop Evolution Z23 pads in my 2015 Z51 last weekend. Easy change. Took about 5 hours including cleaning and waxing the wheels. You could change the pads only in an easy two hours. 90% less dust and no noise. Can't tell any difference in street braking performance. $79.67 delivered.

- great product, except if you sell the Corvette Taxed ones that are three times as expensive.

Default Great pads

Did my pads at 284miles, Love them. I replaced all kind of pads over the years. One of the best pads out there. Got them at Rock auto with 5% code.

I agree! Did the same but used the Powerstop Z26 extreme performance series. I thoroughly cleaned and waxed the wheels while I had them off. Switched out the front and rear pads. Finished within 5 hours and everything looks great and braking performance is great too! Minimal dust!
