So how many of you bought the C7 to be noticed by chicks?
This thread should be funny. Probably alot of liars will post. I will start I bought the car first for looks and performance, 2nd to impress chicks...(even though i am married it's still nice to be noticed. ) If I was single, picking up or impressing checks would be number 1. Looks and performance 2nd.
Hey I'm honest almost everything a man does is too impress the opposite sex. When your young you try to lift weight to have the best body when you get older you try to make more money to get chicks. Even when I played football it was to get chicks.
So lets fess up where was picking up/or getting noticed by chicks on your criteria for buying the C7?

My yellow lab dog when she was a puppy got them every time not the car so much. Even now that she is 3 I still thinks most girls like her over my C7. Actually the car usually gets the wrong type of girl. You know the one that thinks you have lots of money!

As has been said before, you want to get noticed by chicks, don't buy a Corvette, buy a cute dog.

If you bought your vette to impress chicks and get dates I've learned long ago that you will be disappointed. By and large chicks are usually not into cars, engineering, performance, etc. They may look at you as a person of means since, while inexpensive compared to other cars, vette's are pretty expensive. However you're getting a chick who's not into you but into your money. Is that what you want?
Finding a woman who appreciates fine American Automotive Engineering is a rare feat and yet we have a number of ladies here in this very forum who do appreciate such things. They're just not your everyday lady. If they were you'd see more ladies buying vettes.

Being a younger single guy I can tell you that thought came into my head as an added bonus. However as stated above you can get more chicks with a lap dog. I get nothing but old men ( no offense to old men ) talking to me and giving me attention when driving in my Corvette.

be careful while exhaust pipes have a hole they get really hot and could burn your special purpose.

I did / do. I pulled a model, so I am pretty happy with the results. Individual results may vary.
To be 100% honest it was part of the reason I bought a vette vs. A 911. I looked into jaguar f-types for the same reason. I personally think the jag is better at this. The 911 drives a little better, but is the worst at pulling girls. Vette is happy right in the middle of both.
