Default It was meant to be

I walked on as a single at the local golf course and paired up with a nice guy that through the course of the day informed me that he was about to retire and that his bucket list included owning a Corvette. He didn't know that I was a Corvette owner. I told him I was and inquired what year, $ range, color, etc he was working with. He seemed serious so I invited him to my house after the game and showed him my 2014 C7, let him sit in it and gave him a ride. Then we got onto Corvette forum and found the perfect C7 for him within 40 miles of his home. He ended up buying it with help from me and fellow forum member RichieRich. This all happened within 5 days of our meeting.
He told me that that one game of golf with me was the most expensive game he had ever played.

As a golfer myself, this is a great story. We all know wonderful things can happen on a golf course.

Just the pleasure of seeing how excited a 63 year old man can get about a car was enough for my efforts. We will keep it touch as I offered to put it on my rack and lower it about 1" using the screws.

That is cool, stories like this are the best. Sounds like you may have a regular on the golf course and the garage.
