Default Picture Heavy 4/2/17 Delivery Post and Throwback pics with Mike Furman at Criswell

~Listening is the #1 way I can understand and decipher exactly what the client is seeking in their next Corvette. I currently have 130+ Corvettes available in stock and another 40 inbound and this weeks allocation number to order is 58...so I can quickly get to the point which way is the best way to go for each situation. I also have 300-400 Trucks in stock. Yesterday I had a former Corvette customer walk in for his appt. with me and within a few minutes I had it narrowed down to the exact truck he was seeking, had it priced out, got the keys and walked him right to the truck. He was in and out within 40 minutes. Now it doesn't always happen that fast because of a plethora of reasons but my point is...experience helps tremendously. After 39+ years of selling Corvettes I make it fun and seamless.
Case in point, If you have Facebook...go to my CorvetteFurman page and watch some of my delivery video's or other Corvette related stories/pics etc that I post.

~Rey and Joan R. Of Haymarket, Virginia were referred to me by a very good Corvette customer of mine. Rey and his friend Jeff ordered their Corvettes within a few days of each other and last week Jeff took delivery (5th Corvette from me among others) and this week it is Rey's turn. Rey special ordered (first Corvette) a 2017 Corvette Grand Sport Cpe in Long Beach Red with Kalahari interior, 2LT Pkg, Carbon Flash full length dual racing stripes, CF badge Pkg, 8spd Auto trans, Black Alum wheels, CF painted mirrors and much more. I will see Rey and Jeff at Corvette driving school in October for the full Spring Mountain experience.
In Rey's own words..."Amazing ride home today...thanks for all your help and experience ..looking forward to Spring Mountain"...RR

~Bryan and Bonnie M of Cleburne, Texas are Corvette people or should I say... Bonnie is the Corvette person and got Bryan into Corvettes. Saturday was their 22nd Wedding Anniversary so every one say "Happy Anniversary!" Bryan was in the area on business a few months ago and since he is very active on the Forums he stopped in to Criswell and visited with me. They had bought a Corvette for their 20th Anniversary but both were intrigued with the Grand Sport and all it had to offer. So Bryan called me up last week and we traded emails...which led to me getting to the dealership yesterday at 7am as he asked me to do a video of the Torch Red Grand Sport they were buying so Bonnie could see it on her phone along with pictures when she awoke...that is how she found out of his plan to sell their Corvette and buy the GS. Tuesday they fly up bright and early and drive home in a 2017 Torch Red Grand Sport 2LT.

~Some Other deliveries yesterday...

~Only 1,000 Grand Sport Collectors Editions will be built for 2017. I can't wait to see the final numbers to see how many are Convt's...Here are pics of #456...available for immediate delivery just call my desk direct line to discuss. My guess is less than 150 of the 1,000 will be Convt's. Last years 2016 C7R Convt produced was 90 total!
#456 has Auto trans, Competition seats, 3LT Pkg and much more!! $89,895. Call 301-212-4420 or email mfurman@criswellauto.com

~Throwback pics/ old Corvette ads and misc....post up which one is your favorite.

Funny how many of the magazines in the pictures were covering the next generation.

There were some great photos. I liked this one the best.

Have a great week.

My favorite is the yellow 4 door C7. Looks great even as a sedan-better than the Porsche Panarama 4 door which is out of proportion look wise even with the new redesign. I call it the Cdan7.

Great pics as usual!

I actually wondered whether or not that was a painting or a photograph. That artist has some major talent!
