Corvette Blogger: Gas Gussler Tax for 2018 Corvette ZR1 Spotted in GM Order System

While the ZR1 blue caliper color could be argued as just a color name, a ZR1 gas guzzler tax RPO code can't be mistaken for something else, in my opinion.

The last line of the blog is:
I think it's going to be a while. There is no rush to reveal since they won't start producing it until sometime after the three month plant shutdown. AND, I also imagine there won't be any ZR1 painted in the old paint shop, which means sometime in 2018 before all available colors will be available out of the new paint shop for the ZR1.
IF the 2018 Corvette ZR1 is coming, but when…

It's listed under Decal Packages -- probably just a decal highlighting Corvette fuel efficiency. Maybe a racing stripe design that has "29 MPG Hwy" reversed out. That would look hot.

It's not listed under decal packages. It's a page break between the two screen shots that show ZR1 (one for caliper color and one for gas guzzler tax).

So, I had my dealership check the ordering system and we discovered that there is no mention of the ZR1. Either the graphic I posted in the OP was a fake or GM removed the ZR1 references.
