Default C7 ZR1 hits the Nurburgring

Not sure if this was posted yet but I just came across the article on the C7 ZR1 being tested in Nurburgring without all the camo covering shows you how the final car is going to look for the most part.

No spats! As predicted, they fixed the fenders since they were doing a new fascia. Awesome hood!

It looks like there is some sort of front spat (though different from the Z06). Look at the screws holding it in place.

Saw that but it's no where near as prominent as the Z's so it's a win. Looks like the optional vertical on the Z's splitter.

Not sure about the rear Wing, hard to judge from the photos and wonder if it will make the final cut.

I see those blue calipers too....

But what exactly is the camouflage really doing at this point? Doesn't seem to leave much to the imagination, why bother...

Could just be corporate policy - wait, no . . . that would never happen.

So it's basically the same exact looking car as every other C7 except for a giant wing on the back and a bump in the hood? That's it, I am cancelling my order.

Jokes aside, it looks to me too muscle car-y, with just a Fast & Furious wing tacked on the back. And a flagship car with no rear diffuser? Come on Chevy...

I'm glad it looks like a C7. Keeps my plain old stingray looking new.

Those blue calipers must be the highly debated "ZR1 Blue" lol

Yeah, the camo is a little dated at the point. I think everyone knows what the C7 looks like. You'd think the big changes are under the hood, which you obviously can't see anyway.

I really like the front clip, hood, and wheels. Iffy on the spoiler, but on par w/the ACR, and will probably have similar results.

I think it's badass but GM really needs to figure out that whole license tag mounting thing once and for all - that one does nothing for me.

The real question is if they'll release the lap time...

That thing looks bad *** and I'm not a big fan of the ironing boards on the back but this one seems to work. Cant wait to see it without the camo...
