Default Center LCD screen doesnt change in diff modes?

When I put in track mode or eco mode, the center screen doesnt change its display? Isnt it supposed to?

I watched a few vids but not sure why mine doesnt change

No, there's no reason for it to. It controls entirely different functions unrelated to driving mode. Only the screen behind the steering wheel changes.

Are you referring to the DIC in front of the driver or the infotainment screen? If you are referring to the DIC, you may have it locked to one mode. Use the arrows on the right side of the steering wheel and use the left arrow. Scroll down to settings. Now use the right arrow and select link to drive mode.

Yes the screen in front that shows the tach.. guess I need to try that. I keep watching videos showing how the screen changes depending on the mode and that you can see tire temps,g forces etc.. and a larger ”hockey stick” style tach ...

I think I'm stuck on the sport guage from what I'm seeing. When I scroll I only see mileage, trips and tire pressure

I normally don't have issues figuring out car tech at all. Lol

The manual for the C7 is very poorly written. You need to link the display to drive mode, here is one video showing you how:

Oh that's a great video.. thanks so much. I'll try that.. I think that's what I was missing.. seeing those arrows and link to drive mode.. much appreciated!

you guys rock, that was it.. wasnt linked to drive mode...didnt know or ever see the arrows or info screens... g meter, lap timer etc....never knew... guess i should read the manual more and play more
