New ZR1 Video: ***** out at the 'Ring
New video posted today from the 'Ring. It looks like they're gunning for a time now.
A few things I noticed:
1) new tires in the first couple of clips. You can see the sticker on the tread as they're driving.
2) Someone wants to go fast if they're trying to scrub the tires as they approach the track.
3) The front splitter scrapes under hard braking and cornering. The waxers who track their car once a year will not be pleased.
4) She's LOUD!

Pretty sure it is an automatic based on the sound of the first shift at the beginning of the video.

Yeah, the car with black mirrors is missing camo around the hatch. It is clearly arctic white. The one with red mirrors has full camo but we can assume it is all red.
This is probably my AW bias showing but red car, blue calipers = no.

I note blower whine from the red mirrored car. Black mirrored car? Blower whine is MIA after watching it twice. Are we going to see two variants? Sign me up for the boosted one if that's the case.

Wondering why one car has regular exhaust, yet another has the turn-out tips?
Oh and waxers do NOT rack their cars except for charity "laps".

They really lowered those cars for the track. Also what was with those crazy exhaust pipes bent out to the side?

I expect the exhaust pipes are like that to foil sound meters at track side.
