Best performance mod by far was the Ron Fellows school.
Best appearance mod is the GS fender stripes if you don't have them already.
I got the CF dash against my will (it was already on the car) but it has grown on me. A DSC Controller will probably be in my future but I want to get a couple stock baseline track days first before doing that or a MGW shifter.
If you have an m7, the MGW shifter and for any transmission variety a Vitesse throttle control.
Since you brought up Vitesse, I'd like your opinion. My other car is a LS3 1LE Camaro. A couple years back, the Camaro forums stated lighting up with the Vitesse craze. I read a ton on it, but chickened out and ended up just porting and polishing my TB instead. Something about drive-by-wire and these types of controllers freaks me out. I have a 16 M7 Z51. Is your car manual? Do you feel a considerable difference in throttle response? You've probably done a ton of research before you put it on your vette. Any CEL issues? Limp mode? I've heard of a few in the Camaro world, but pretty unfamiliar with vette results or issues. Thank you.
Thanks for the suggestions. Right now I'm leaning towards an MGW short shifter, which I could buy sooner...or the DSC controller, which will take some self-control and saving for.
My first order of business was to get rid of that ugly stock front grille and replace it with a Z06 grille (better looks and 30% improved cooling over stingray grille). I negotiated that change into the purchase deal. It really changes the look of the car from the front!
