Are you asking for the ZO7? The GS does not come with ceramic pads.

If you're looking to swap to a dust free pad, you want the PowerStop pads.
Most seem to go for the Z26 ones, Z26-1718 and Z26-1405. I picked mine up on Amazon, they'll be in place in two weeks....

Cruising
Part numbers for Hawk Performance Ceramic Pads
Front pads part # HB649 Z.605
Rear pads part # HB727 Z.592
ive never heard a sound in the 2 C7's I've owned and switched to this same pad. Break feel is exceptional and the break dust is almost nonexistent. I've seen lots of different choices but based on my experience these are best out there.

If you have the GS with the J56 (6 piston front) brake option, then there is only one ceramic brake pads we could find and we could only found one place to acquire them. They are "Hyper Ceramic" brake pads made in Italy. Front pad # is HC 1405 Rear pad # is HC 1718.

Was not going to live with dust for my new 2017 Grand Sport so installed cheaper Powerstop pads. After 900 miles I recently removed them and installed Carbotech 1521s!
This is a PDF of my experience and why I switched to the more expensive Carbotech ceramic street pad. If you're tracking they make track pads and you can switch back and forth with their racing compounds without having to clean the rotors in-between.

I cleaned my rotors 3 weeks ago with sandpaper and they are starting to change color again with the Powerstop pads. The tech from Powerstop must still be on vacation i have not got an answer from him. The Powerstop pads stop well and are low dust. I would not care if i could not see the rotors but with the open spoke wheels you can see the rotors. My next move is to get the Carbotech pads.

I've got 2500 miles on my Powerstops so far, haven't noticed a change like that but I'll keep an eye on it...

low dust ceramic pads are available readily from Carbotech (1521) and Powerstop and Hawk Ceramic.
If you change with less than 2500 miles on the car you will not need to compress the pistons nor take off the caliper as both the powerstops and the 1521s are a bit thinner than the oem pads. So the old simply slide out of the caliper while it is on the car and the new thinner replacements slide right in. If you have more than 2500 miles you may need a spreader to compress the pistons some.

OK, this thread has me a bit confused. I have a new 2107 GS on the way, and I want to change the pads so I don't to have to constantly clean the wheels. As far as I know, there are only two different brake systems for the GS. The standard iron ones and the upgraded carbon fiber ones. I know my car has the J56 brakes, as I have a copy of the build sheet. I am not aware that the brakes have been upgraded, yet this thread seems to imply that the J56 brakes are an option. So what is the correct info.

After a year switched to Carbotech 1521's. Waited a year too long! Cleaned wheels when I washed car. 80 to 85% less dust and what is there doesn't pit the wheels. Just installed them on my Grand Sport.

I know the issue well. Have a Challenger Hellcat with Brembo's. Brake dust was awful. Apparently, it uses the same front calipers as the Grand Sport Corvette because I installed Power Stop Z26-1405's on it on the front. Solved the dust problem without any loss in braking, that I can tell. Have not seen any discoloration as some have mentioned here. Having had the dust issue with my Hellcat, I want to get rid of the stock Brembo pads ASAP. Just not sure which pad to use.

I certainly agree with the intolerable dust from the stock pads. I have gone from daily wheel cleaning to semimonthly wheel cleaning with my Carbotech 1521s. However I do somewhat dispute, the "no loss" of braking statement. It is not much, but I do find that the ceramics don't quite have the bite that the oem pads have.

They use the same part nos everybody else does. From memory it is 1405 and 1718
Any of our forum vendors will know. Adam at Carbotech or Ben at Weapon X both will take care of you and there may be others carrying them.
By the way for the first time in a long time, GM is using the same calipers in the GS, Z06 and ZL1. Makes it way easier on the vendors.

Thinking of changing as well. I put Carbotech pads on my 2014 Z51. Question, are the new 2017 Grand Sport pads installed with the two sided tape between the piston and the pad like the 2014 was? They were a pain to remove.
