Installed my Borla X-pipe, and Green Filter. Looking to do a Tony Mamo Throttle body next. After the throttle body will be the Borla Atak with black tips (NPP). The Borla X-pipe turned into a two-day project because the front flanges were not threaded. Borla overnighted me a replacement without hesitation.

2017 GS Admiral Blue

I want to do Ceramic over the entire car wheels and glass, as you know it's all about the installer I don't know of one I can trust with doing the paint correction correctly as well as the install... I live in the NYC area any recommendations with regards as to whom I should go to for this ? My biggest worry is getting inexperienced kids that are learning :S I want professionalism.

Thanks Hellz

Lowered a little on factory bolts
Carbon side skirts
Stage 3 front splitter
Polish/paint correct paint
Seal paint
DSC Mag-Ride controller.

I don't think I *want* anything else. Exhaust is awesome- NPP controlls it perfectly in sport mode. I don't want to void the warranty. Not much else to upgrade.

How is the DSC Controller? I am seriously considering this for my next upgrade in a few weeks.

Tony Mamo TB
Stage 2 Wickerbills and Stage 3 Centerbridge
Carbon/GS Engine bay caps
Waiting on my Carbon fiber plenum and fuel rails covers (RPI takes so long)

Upcoming:

DSC Controller
Borla Catback (if they ever release the black tips)
Carbon Flash Splitter with stage 2 winglets ( I have the poor splitter)
Carbon Flash Wheel spats

Have you considered doing it yourself? I ceramic coated my Ford trucks. My car came with Simonize from the dealer. Instead of a clay bar I bought a nanomitt its much quicker and same results. I even made a mistake and ceramic coated too large of an area and waited too long to buff, I removed it, fixed no problem. I even used Fly360 to ceramic coat my vette, and 2 trucks windshields. Some products have different kits for different materials (plastics, glass etc). I use C.Quartz brand. I am going to pull my wheels on the vette and ceramic coat them next week. No better satisfaction than doing it yourself. Unless you don't have time, or hate doing your own work! If that is the case I have a opticoat guy my friend used on her 3 challengers in Westchester.

I'm putting a narrow-body upgrade kit on mine. It reduces the drag coefficient and gives better top end speed. Also looking at narrower tires to reduce rolling resistance at top end. 😜😂

Oh yeah, I also plasti-dipped the turn signals. My car is white so it was easy to do. Cleans the car up so I don't have random orange and red on the body and light still goes through.

Yeah I'm wanting paint correction I know it's only 3 months old but I can thank the guys over at Kerbeck their detailers must be getting lazy I can see some swirls(the swirls are light but I'm positive they came with the car) and I took a tiny pebble to the nose at least that's what springs to mind when I look at it... it's barely visible but I know it's there and it will drive me crazy... and I'm not going to attempt it.

I've considered it but then I came to my senses lol

The place in Westchester a guy or a place ?

Thanks

My 17 GS 3LT 7M is perfect, but did some of the most critical mods which include:

1) Stage 3 Carbon Fiber Splitter (Apsis)
2) Stage 3 Carbon Fiber Side Skirts (Apsis)
3) Stage 3 Carbon Fiber Rear Spoiler (Apsis)
4) Carbon Fiber center console (Apsis)
5) Short Shifter (MGW)
6) Power Stop Z26 brake pads
7) Z06 Stage 3 undertray (GM)
8) Lloyds trunk mat with logo and red trim
9) Trunk Caddy, which was replaced by a low plastic bin as the caddy was too tall to install the top.

And this was all done within the first 500 miles waiting for it to break in. Why is this such a compelling trait of human nature to buy stuff for a new car that was near perfect out of the box? lol. But I just can't stop myself, please help...... CF Spats and HUD panel on order.

Wish list (I can't justify the cost) is the Akrapovič exhaust only because I have that brand on 2 of my sportbikes and its the #1 exhaust on the bikes. The carbon fiber tips looks almost as good as it sounds!

Is the glass coat ceramic the polished used?
