When top is up and secured, a note and buzzer goes off on the DIC that the top is not secured. Has any one else had this problem?

Yes but only once, AND the top was up and fully secured before I drove to dealers!. When I had the computer re flash I got what you described. All I did was push the top up button for about 10 seconds and it went away.
Top has been up and down a few time since with no problem!
