Well.. Just when you thought they couldn't go any more vague of a color than Sterling blue they give us this. It makes Sterling blue look like a definitive blue in comparison. Maybe the carbon edition or some stripes would liven it up.
I'm sure it'll sell like hot cakes though. Yuck.

Ceramic Matrix looks like someone has taken a photo of an Arctic White car and the white balance is off on their camera. I predict it's not going to be a popular color.

It actually looks like a dove gray primer but then there's a little metallic in it. I wasn't sure at first, but it's starting to grow on me.

Mid year end of color my prediction. It hideous. Why not some screaming flat colors? Hyper blue etc. They want a younger buyer but give you pale as a ghost as their "hip" color lol. I swear they need a complete regime change on that team.

Prediction: In 50 years, this color vette will be worth a fortune because it will be the 'rarest' colored vette ever made.

Thanks for sharing the comparison.

I'm guessing CM is one of those "better in real life" colors. At least I hope. I have had two metallic white vehicles and really liked the effect. Not that I'm going to trade in my TR, however. Personally, I wish they would bring back Shark Grey.
PS: Thanks for the photos!
PPS: Careful, you are getting those cars pretty close together

Great comparison Dave-- but do not worry about next year-- every color I seem to order only lasts a short time ...its to bad I do not pick out my Yearly Corvette-- that recommendation always comes from the high up- my input is only to check off all the Options. This year my ZO6 I opted out of ZO7 BUT did order the ceramic brakes ..keep up the good work and I will post the pictures of the Convertible with the red not blue design when it ever arrives. Regards. H

Thanks for the pics Dave. In the first pics Ceramic looks a lot like what us old guys used to call the "Powder Blue", or "Baby Blue" from GM in the 60's.
