Any speculation that new colors will become available still for C7 2018 model once production resumes and new paint facility is completed later this year?

I'm really hoping they replace Long Beach Red with a brighter metallic red as I am planning on ordering a 2018 next spring and that's the color I really want (something similar to Magnetic Red/Crystal Red) If they don't do that, my order will be Torch Red.

I am in similar situation, hoping also for additional color choices made more likely when the new paint shop is completed to be offered before placing on order for C7 2018 model.

It seems white, red and grey are the most popular colors year after year. Orange and green didn't last long and the sterling blue was too much silver imo. I think we will see a brighter blue, even brighter than Laguna blue and another shade of grey. I would love to see a metallic white and a candy apply red.

Candy Apple Red and Metallic White are my wishes as well. Way too many dark colors for me in the current line up and the new Ceramic Gray doesn't do anything for me.

Has GM, and Corvette specifically, ever made any major mid-year additions/changes to the lineup? Per dealer posts, I know they have released the 2018 on-line brochure and options list, however once production starts up again later this fall, what are the odds GM will add (1) a new model - ZR1 and (2) new colors not already announced.

I'm really starting to think both the ZR1 and any significant additional paint colors will be targeted for 2019. I hope I'm wrong.

Maybe there will be no ZR1. The mid-engine could overshadow it's release. There is more happening behind closed doors, than a new paint shop. Will the C7 assembly line restart? Or -----

There will be no new colors when production resumes, although there will probably be new / additional colors down the road.

I'd like to see some Jimi Hendrix colors. Purple Haze and maybe, Kiss The Sky Blue.
