My engine dress up is finally done!
Finally got around to dressing up the engine bay on my 2015 supercharged Z51. I tried not to go overboard, but still give it a classy look. I was considering installing the polished caps that came with the American Car Craft pieces, but I kinda like the contrast and I like knowing what each cap says on top. What do you all think?

Looks good, although I might add the caps.

Not feeling the plan chrome fluid caps, think showstopper caps in white with black lettering or brushed aluminum would look better?

I always cringe when I see alternator covers. Under high workload your alternator requires lots of cooling air. Restricted air flow will shorten the life of your alternator. A nude alternator is not offensive.

I agree with you and that is why I went perforated to keep airflow going. By design airflow on alternators is front to back and not on the top. If anything a metal cover in contact with the alternator case becomes a heat sink and would increase its cooling ability.
