And before anyone starts a free speech rant:

Free Speech/censorship
God bless America, where we enjoy constitutionally protected rights. Free speech, although not absolute, is one of those rights.

Being a member at Corvetteforum.com is not, however, a constitutionally protected right. The Forum is a private enterprise and its owner has the right to establish rules of behavior for participants.

Participants who agree to follow Forum rules and then don’t will sometimes find that their inappropriate posts have been deleted. They should not reopen a topic after a moderator has closed a thread on the topic. A pattern of such defiance of the Forum’s rules/guidelines will jeopardize a member’s posting privileges.

Just trying to understand the point of what you posted (rules):

I don't have any dispute or criticism of Kerbeck at this time. So the thread is ok or not?

This thread is fine. There was a lot of discussion in this thread about threads/posts getting deleted if you mention a vendor name. I just wanted to get the facts out.

hahaha! Yeah. They don't like you sharing your experiences if they're negative about a sponsor. Well.. tell that sponsor that they suck and to get their act together. simple

Sorry to tell you guys, but there are more A8 issues out there than the few people who post to this forum.

The one large dealer that I'm working with here in Houston on my ongoing A8 issues is no stranger to this problem. The quality manager told me that they are getting 2-3 C7s per week with wasted torque converters or other driveline issues.

If that's a small, statistically insignificant percentage of C7 buyers, then just how many of these things do you think they are selling per week?

Interesting. As said before, I'd guess there's more out there than "fans" would like to believe.

That is absolutely not true. We only require that you follow the process.

And if you actually read this thread you would realize that the OP has no issue with the forum sponsor. For example, read post 64 where the OP says Kerbeck got him the car in a timely manner after the fiasco with the local dealer (who is not a sponsor).

Of course, Corvetteforum.com is not responsible for providing me nor anybody else a platform to speak. I have no problem with that. What I have a problem with is others telling me I cannot speak. I can. And I do so at the risk of having posts deleted and/or accounts closed if I do not follow the forum's rules. It's their servers after all. IOW they can tell me to stop and they can make me stop by removing me. You, however, can tell me to stop but I can tell you that I won't stop.

It also why I have my own server where I say whatever the hell I want...

I don't think you understand the situation. We, the sponsoring dealer, sold him the car when his local dealer jerked him around. We are in NJ and he is Miss.

He is now having issues with the car and his local dealers in MISS are having issues fixing the car. He hasn't brought the car here because we are in NJ so he has no issues with us. If he decides to go through the NJ Lemon Law, we will be happy to help like we have done with other customers and forum members. Taking a car through Lemon Law doesn't hurt the dealer and we want our customer happy.

Now as to you. You just went on Google and gave our dealership a 1-Star review saying that we sell cars and don't stand behind them.

First off, you didn't buy a car from us so why are you giving the review? Second, the OP has no problem with us. We can not fix a car in MISS when we are in NJ but we will help him with the Lemon Law if it comes to that.

I'd appreciate it if you didn't speak ill of us when you don't even fully understand what the OP was saying and I would appreciate you removing your review since everything you are saying in the review is false.

Dave

You thread is absolutely fine. You've said nothing wrong. Even if we were at fault, you can still say it and I would expect you to. This forum is great for keeping dealers honest.

In fact you can check with the moderators. I have never asked for a thread to be shut down because someone is saying something about our dealership.

Keep your thread alive so hopefully we can get some kind of resolution from GM.

Never been to Jersey to have an opinion, but I think you may fit in just fine if your assessment is correct.

I thought I had made all that clear. Obviously not.

Thanks for the outreach.

No problem! And reach out to me if and when you have to take this to the next step with GM.

Any one notice how GM Customer Service doesn't post anything on the Corvette Forum anymore?

Sorry for all your troubles, but I'll still buy a Z06 as soon as I can, it seems to me that you were going to be trouble from the start. How's the rest of your life going?

I'm looking at a C7 and reading through this thread, I see no mention of the time frame involved. Is this a 2017? How many miles? When did you take delivery?

It's a 2015. Low miles. (like under 30 IIRC) Kerbeck sold it to us, we had a 3rd party carrier deliver. Arrived May 2015 again IIRC.

Trouble started at 7,000.
