Had the same water spots in my lights two weeks ago and dealership replaced both under warranty with no issues.

If that is moisture related residue pictured in your OP, then it's 50/50 on whether it'll be covered based on the following links. Search advance/headlight/title/C7 for additional headlight related threads. GL.

Audi covered a bad headlamp in our car just before the warranty period was up. Maybe they get it, and GM doesn't?

Had 2 HID lamp assemblies replaced under warranty on a '13 Malibu for the same problem (condensation water spots on inside of lens). If they can do it for Malibu's, they should do it for a Corvette.

Years ago I had a warranty claim denied but had the work done anyway (seat rails bent on the driver's seat). I wrote a letter to GM and they ended up sending me a check reimbursing me.

This is a little different - I'd contact another dealer or Chevy customer service - get the "fine print" on GM's warranty policy and show that your issue is not one of the exclusions.

Ridiculous over reaction. Sounds like a Mustang driver.

I had this same issue with my 2014. They replaced both headlights under the 36k miles warranty. However over a period of a year the replacement lights had the same issues. The lights themselves are not very well made. The headlight design needs to be fixed because moisture gets into the housing that is supposedly sealed. I checked with my Club members and almost all of them have the same issue.

Not sure what they're going to do about it. Way I understand it, these headlights get so hot they need air and when there's air, there's moisture, little bugs, etc. Not like the days of puny tungsten bulbs and real glass lenses...

See if you can find out who denied the claim and tell your service manager you want to go above that person.

And yes, you can adjust the headlight beams...it's easy.

I will say, I am pretty sure the dealer went to the next step up from the dealer (whoever that is) and that is where it was denied. I just can't see GM saying the headlight isn't part of the warranty. I literally haven't done anything to this headlight. So frustrating.
Yep, read Jeremy's post above. That's the best advise. Be patient, be focused, be vigilant, and most importantly be respectful. You get more flies with honey, and I know how frustrating it can be. Many of us have been through similar situations my friend. It will work out. Good luck.

C6s have similar issues. Well at least they fixed the rattling roof, oh wait a minute they didn't fix that either.

I had the exact same thing happen to my 2014. Looked like condensation on the inside of the head light casing. Took it to the dealer and they ordered and replaced both units, no questions asked!

Thanks all. I am going to continue to fight it. If they still don't want to replace, I would at least like an answer as to why not.

I will start with the Chevy customer account on here and continue to fight this. If anyone else has any suggestions on a particular person to contact please post. I appreciate all of the helpful comments!

Hmmmm

My 2007 C6 had roof rattles from day 1 that never went away.

My 2014 C7 had slight roof rattles that started after about 1.5 years, but that have been completely eliminated via the TSB where they replaced the pins

I'd trade it in and get a Mitsubishi Something Or Other.

Same problem in C6, same solution. Gee that looks bad, too bad we can't fix it for you unless you pay for the new assembly. I live in a dry area so it rarely happens to me but I can imagine if you live in a very humid area that it would be annoying.

Also living in AZ, I'm curious which dealer denied your claim - so I know who NOT to go to for service.
Thanks.
