Default Help Me Choose: 2 Offers On A C7

Guys,

Thanks to you guys, I think I'm buying my first "exotic" lol. I'm very happy with the forum, and how quickly you all respond.

I'm currently stuck between the two, and need your help. Which one would you get?

> BOTH cars are 2016 2LTs, M7. <

(On a side note, I'm very keen on having a nice exhaust, and would probably end up installing a 3rd party one one the red one).

why only 600 miles on the torch red? did you drive both? how's the clutch in each? they're wear items and not covered under warranty.

Go for the white one... both are almost new...
( i believe the white is not a Z51, the RED maybe a Z51, if you have a pic or the brake rotors you can tell ) But i believe that if the white one has the PDR, it will also likely have the MAG Ride, which is even better .

Take the red, less miles. Offer them the $48K.

If the red one has a background you are comfortable (why sold with only 600 miles), then to me I would go for the red one-you can get navi with Apple car play so the things you would be missing in the red is the PDR and perf. exhaust-for me I would much rather not have those 2 option and have 2K less in my pocket to have 600 miles vs.8700 miles.

I'd have to see better pics, but the red one has a spoiler. If it's not a Z51 it's most likely the mrc package which add spoiler and 19/20" wheels. Not that I'd choose necessarily, but it's a consideration.

I'd check carefully to find out why that one car has such dramatically low mileage. Sometimes it's legit, but often it was broken or had such a problem that it became a 'garage queen' and wasn't able to see any miles. I'd have them inspected by a third party that has no skin in the game. (You can actually hire this done) Glad to see you're heading towards your first Vette!

I'd suggest if you haven't, that you get carfax's for both of them, and see if you can get someone to run their vins at a gm dealer for their service history. It also seems that the options listed aren't a complete list, so it's tough to say which is a better deal. At the end of the day it'll come down to your personal preference. I'm not a fan of red cars, so I'd always lean to the white, but obviously it's your car not mine!

Do you have the VIN's for both of them? If so, we have several members here who can run GMVIS reports on each one. You'll get full list of options and service history.

Could always get a new one from a forum dealer for $4000 more. Good luck with the decision!

If having navigation is not important to you, go with the red one. Adding an aftermarket exhaust is easy.
