The c7 stays out of parking lots, especially food stores as much as possible.

I know it's a lowly C4, but when it was all I had to drive, my toilet went kerplooie. This is how I got the new one home. Hahaha. It started raining on me just after I got home and was putting the top up, talk about perfect timing!

Did this today. It's not as large a load as usual. Milk and juice jugs always go in the right rear corner since most of the turns on the way home are lefts.

Depending on how long you've been hauling that old used rubber tire around, I'm guessing the "new car" smell in your C7 is a thing of the past!

ROSS trips....

Had to drop top to fit the rug. That got me some looks and laughs on the way home!

I overflowed the trunk this time!

Front seat can hold a lot of shopping.

Well, with 90k miles on the clock that smell was gone a while back. I was actually a bit concerned, not about the smell while the tire was in the car, but about it getting into the carpet. Surprisingly, the tire really didn't have much of a smell, and what little there was cleared out as soon as I unloaded everything.

Have a good one,
Mike

I'm making my first grocery run tomorrow in my newly bought '14 Z51. Kroger click list + corvette = :-)

Now if I could just get them to change out fluids as they pack in groceries.

The real question should be if you are willing to leave it parked in a Groome Transportation parking lot while you take a week long trip!!!

I'm actually more concerned with how you're treating your laptop.

P.S. Hello from Little Rock!

Not the worst I've seen. This one apparently didn't make it out of the parking lot.

P.S. Hello from Little Rock!
It actually rode there just fine; we were coming home on Interstate the whole way so not much maneuvering going on. And, if that dinosaur dies I won't cry too much!

Greetings as well from HS!

Have a good one,
Mike

Funny you asked about the Vette as a 'grocery getter'. When I first told my wife I was thinking about buying another Vette (sold my first one, my DD, about a year after we married) and being retired now she asked, "Where are you going to drive it to, Wal-Mart?" I just said "Yep!"

Dual use, but with limitations. Groceries, of course. A good reason to go out for a drive. Home Depot? Small stuff, sure. But lumber, mulch, gravel, etc. not a fu**ing chance. I have a station car/winter rat for that.

One thing for sure you get a lot of exercise when you own a Corvette because you're always park as far away from everyone that you possibly can
