when I go to use the pdr the screen goes blank
I brought it in for service on Wednesday
At first they said it was the media card or something to do with that
Part was ordered and installed. That was not the problem. Now they need to do futher testing. I read another post that someone had a similar problem and it was a short in the screen itself that fixed the problem. I relayed this to the service department but it seams it fell on deaf ears I guess they have a protocol they must follow. Process of elimanition it's very frustrating they will not have an answer till this Monday hopefully they get to the bottom of it . Any advice
