I use the same Troy leaf Blower I use on my lawn. I do not use it for the entire car. Just the vents, side mirrors, front grill and rear end. Now, some are going to say that using a leaf blower will blast sand and dirt into your paint. I have not had that problem.

No. Cordless have much less power than corded. Tried them. Corded leaf blowers have the most wind output hands down. Not as easy, just much better. 300+mph output on the Toro.

I bought a dewalt 20v leaf blower for job clean ups. Use it to blow off the C7 after washing and love it. Not quite as powerful as a gas blower but doesn't need to be, just blowing off water So much handier and quieter than messing with a gas blower. Use it to blow grass clippings off driveway and sidewalks etc after mowing. Comes with their longest use 5ah battery that last a long time. Rarely use my gas model anymore. Spend the money, forget about it and be happy

I've always just used a couple soft cotton towels. Seems to work great and I kinda like wiping them down. I guess I'm just old school.

Electric blower. I think it's a Toro. It has variable speeds, and when set to high it really blows the water out of gaps. Dries the car in no time then I go over it again with Chemical Guys towels and Griots quick wax spray.

I have an Echo gas blower I use around the house, but use the Toro for the cars. It's been great for over 12 or so years now. I've gone through 2 gas blowers in the ame time.

What he said all the way. I've tried others too, but the Toro corded blower is the only one with enough power. Stay away from the cordless ones for sure. They suck big time.

For drying a car, I think the Toro electric blower is the best option.
Toro electric works great + no smoke and gas fumes in the garage.

The corded Toro has also worked well for me for years. The inconvenience factors of having to fill my gas blower, deal with the heat and fumes while using it and then letting it cool and draining the fuel when done create an unneeded chore when drying the car.

I find it's also important to have a good coating whether it's ceramic or wax/sealant. This ensures that there is little to no water left behind.

Anytime you touch the car with anything it increases the chances of scratches/swirls to the paint.

They all work about the same, Just buy the lightest one you can find that puts out something over 100 MPH (most will put out 150MPH).

I personally prefer electric for the weight savings and lack of maintenance over a gas blower.

I use a ryobi 40 volt electric blower. Gets the majority of the water off and out of crevices, then finish up with a drying towel

I've been using this one for a few years on several vehicles without any issues. Light weight, low cost, and powerful enough to quickly dry...
