Bit the bullet & got new Ps2's.
Tire shop took off olds & they did not have pickup marbles, but, chunks out of all 4 tires.
No way would this have worn off.

Wait a minute. Do you mean that chunks of rubber from your tires were missing? Not talking about the rubbery goo that adhered onto your tires...

305's were rubbing fender lip ( car is lowered)
Raised it up , no fender rub, but, one side rubs on the fabric fender liner on a bump in the liner. Only passenger side.
Tried pushing it in, not sure this will work.
Any suggestions, cut a hole in the liner?

Not to belabor the point, but is that why chunks are missing from your tires? Not from running hard on the track?
Don't know why the original PSS's chunked.
As for the new 305 rear rubbing.
Was the drivers side rubbing rear plastic liner rear area.
Heat gun & lever to push in liner.
Worked & no rub.
Off to the Convention next week & running.
