I've showed mine 4 times before summer, couple class wins. Have 6 shows coming up, do enjoy seeing other car owners but love the kids expressions and excitement looking at the vettes the best. Met some great people this year.

~ 'Car Shows' to me is much like racing. The more money you spend on your car, the more you win! lol
And like racing, you're among your peers and enjoy kicking tires.....

I did a bunch of shows when I first got the car, but more likely to take my garage queen 04 GTO to one. It's usually the only newer GTO, where as my C7 can get lost in the Corvette crowd at a large show. I clean em up good but don't have the time to spit shine every inch. Only did 1 show with the C7 this year for an Honor Flight charity, otherwise it's hard rationalizing paying $10-20 to have a few people look at your car. C7 just isn't that interesting anymore.

Nice ^^^^
Just one question: Are those times to 60 correct... 0-60 in 3.9 and 5-60 in 4.4? Seems like you'd get to 60 quicker from the rolling start.

I show as often as I can, but I generally have to work on saturdays and 99% of all shows are on saturdays. I have won places at shows mainly because I'm modified and at least at my local shows is a rarity. No sign with car information, it's all word of mouth and a great way to start talking to all the great folks that come to the shows.
