Default My recent trip to see Mike Furman (Pics and Videos)

I recently had the privilege of spending some time with Mike Furman at his home as well as his office at Criswell Chevrolet. It was awesome checking out his stunning 1967 Corvette as well as his amazing Corvette inventory at the dealership. Since this was the first time I have had the opportunity to visit Criswell Chevrolet, and, since I took Museum Delivery, I used this visit as an opportunity to "take delivery" of Tribute...again! Here are some pics and videos from my visit. Enjoy!

Nice! Mike is one cool guy, really knows Corvettes.
Every time I read one of his threads I'm brought back to the days I used to hang out at Konner's in Paramus NJ.

Default Furmanizing The Furmanator

Jeremy went where no other has gone before.

Well done!

Jeremy is the odds on favorite to be the fill in for Furman on Mike's Sunday weekly threads when Mike is on vacation, attending car shows, or racing around the Spring Mountain Raceway with his customers.

Really liked the Black Rose and Admiral Blue verts with the gray tops. Correct color combo there. Presumably no optional RPO code D-30 color choice override there.

Very clever taking that photo of the reflection of the Criswell Chevrolet flag appearing on your Tribute C7 windshield and hood.

Only photo shot missing is a pic of the Tribute C7 actually backed into the Launch Pad outside Mike's office.

Thanks! I would have parked in the launch pad but there were cars awaiting delivery there already.

I finally went through my mobile phone pics of meyerweb's Corvette as well as the ones he took while we were shooting the Tribute video.

Thanks, meyerweb, for taking the pics!

By the way, if you haven't seen the Tribute video, here's a link to that:

Jeremy - what a great thread and pics! Beth and I plan to do something similar and drive our car up to the dealership and get some pics with Mike in the delivery area and with the big Flag.

I've got plenty of us with him and the car at the Museum during the Bash events we've attended, but I want to get some at the dealership because, as Mike told me when I ordered the car from him: "You must be trying to win the Lifetime Achievement Award for Most Documented Corvette!" Well, it won't be complete until I have some photos of it at the selling dealership with the salesman handing me the keys!
