It is Z51, part of the window sticker was not in the picture. THanks musclecar6 for the words of confidence. I will check the alternative warranty situation but at least things not related to the modified drivetrain should be covered. This thread has given me the info to get the car on the market. thanks.

Yes, likely the Lingenfelter warranty is up, even if it was transferrable.
However, the factory 5/60k powertrain warranty would STILL be in force IF the engine had not been modded -- that's the tough part. Most other 2014's that buyers look at will still have that warranty in place.
And of course for the OP, the question isn't "is it a nice car?". Clearly, it is a beautiful car.
