First Dealer Oil Change Experice
Owned many cars over the years, never been so nervous bringing my vette in for its first oil change.
Would they not lift it correctly and crack some body panels
Would they use some substitute oil that would destroy the engine
Would they have some inexperienced mechanic working on my car
Would they know I get 2 free oil changes
List goes on ( reading on the forum can be hazardous to your sanity 😣
Bring it in moves the vette to vette area only, tells me that these cars require Mobil 1 only (he added not everything on the Internet is true)
States they will be providing 3 and not 2 free oil changes (have non-z51)
Corvette mechanic will be doing the oil change
Exactly one hour later car is pulled up, looks exactly like it did an hour before, shows me the oil level, toward the top of the fill Mark but not overfilled.
Drive off and no more stress, whew.
