So do you let Vallets (sp) park your Stingray?
Went to GnR in San Antonio Friday night. Even after driving 110 mph the whole way from Corpus to SA except when I couldn't pass because of traffic, we stayed at the hilton since we were really late because my wife had to get her nails done.
So I decided to let the vallet park my vette. I quickly texted myself the mileage in case of a Ferris Bueller incident and gave the guy an extra $10 to park it up close(besides the $40 hilton charges) I swear should have slept in my car for that rate.
Anyway do you and don't you let vallets park it?

At places where I can park my own car, I do. When you have to use a valet, I turn on valet mode and review the playback before leaving (I have PDR). I've never had any issues with valet parking besides a little curb rash they paid for once I showed them the playback and the harsh bump the car had taken making the turn.
I recommend everyone to install a dash cam if the car doesn't come with one. It's extra insurance in the case you have a hit and run or other accident.

No, I do not let a valet service park any of my cars.

It's a fact of life in most NYC garages, except self park garages of course. Because of my job I've had to use two very different garages. The one I have used for the past three or four years is excellent. They give a special employee discount to our company so we all get excellent service. They also service a few of the hi rise luxury condos in the neighborhood.
There are also several Corvettes, Bentley's Porche's and a Lamborghini in the mix in addition to run of the mill Benz's, Audi's, etc. So with the garage(s) I use regularly a valet is ok. Anywhere else, NO. I park it myself.
Was doin' fine until that shopping cart found my bumper last week.

After doing time in LA and Houston I love living in flyover country, Tulsa, OK. I don't have to worry about a valet parking my car as I don't think there's a single valet in the city. Love it!

Nope. We drive something else if we need to valet the car.
