Question on Z06 grill installation?
I'm in the middle of swapping out the factory grill on my base stingray for the Z06 grill. For those of you that have done this to your base stingray, what did you do with the large openings that on a Z06 (or Z51/GS) feed the brake cooling ducts? Did you install the ducts, did you leave them open, did you try to block them out? Thanks for any feedback!!

You can order the brake cooling ducts to add them on a base C7. Cost as I remember is about $50, as I ordered these when I installed a Z06 grill on my cousins base C7. They're easy to install. But since you're in the middle of it you probably don't want to wait for them to get delivered (contact trunk monkey and see if they can get them to you fast if you want).
* Finish your install of the grill, get the ducts ordered, and then install them later. I think you'll be able to install them by just removing the lower covers while leaving the front bumper in place. Or....
* Just leave them open.
Below is a link to some helpful hints and pics I put up when I did our Z51 a while back. Hope it helps.

I have an '18 Stingray w/Z51, not sure I have the brake ducts as part of that package as Bulldog has, don't see it listed. Easily confirmed visually? The Z06 grille is my next addition...
Thanks in advance...

Z51s have the brake ducting. It lines up perfectly with the Z06 grille.

it's fine without the brake ducts if you don't want to bother.
