Help can't get inside window clean!!!
I've owned my 2017 since last August. I have tried several methods using water and vinegar mix, stoner glass cleaner, windex etc . For cloth I have used lint free paper towels and microfiber. No matter what I have tried the inside windshield still has this haze and streaks. Anyone have similar issues and if you have what did you do to clean it. Any recommendations?

I had the same issue with my C5 immediately after delivery many years ago. I tried everything and finally gave up and contacted Meguiar's technical support since I had been using their plastic cleaner (#17) and plastic polish (#10) on... well, plastic for some time and wondered about using it on the problem windshield. By the way, both products are "non-abrasive."
The tech person was quite helpful and replied that either or both would be fine and so after a few applications (it did take a while) my glass was the cleanest I've ever seen. To be honest, I cannot recall what the difference between the two products was as described by the technician. However, once the glass was clean I've never had the same issue with water spots, etc. since. All the best!

Use Meguiar's #20. It's great product that can be applied on just about any surface. Works great on the inside of windshields. One thing you will have to remember is to wipe it off a couple of times with new towels (don't worry comes of very easy). I do it twice a year just to get the haze out. Good luck.

I'll second the use of newspaper as well. It does not leave lint behind, it's free, and it goes into the paper bin...no cost - no waste. I use windshield washer fluid for those cases where there is a heavy film from the outgassing of the plastics. Need a firm grip on the paper and the film comes right off. I follow up with windex, again using newspaper. Now that my car is three years old the amount of film buildup has reduced noticeably.

I had the same problem with my Optima sunroof window I tried everything but nothing worked. I brought it into the dealer they tried every product that had with no better results. They then said they needed to replace the sunroof glass under warranty.
That's when I remembered what I call my magical airplane wax. It never failed to work magic on EVERYTHING I put it on. It did the job, streaks and stains where gone.

Try Glass Wax Cleaner by Gel Gloss
Glass Wax Cleaner by Gel Gloss. Bottle avail at Ace Hardware or TruValue stores for less than $10. Use with damp micro fiber or terry cloth towel. Apply, let it dry and wipe off. After trying pretty much everything else on the planet it works. You'll be blown away how much junk comes off the hatch window glass. (Has a pix of Corvette on bottle) http://gel-gloss.com/index.php?pageId=354

Here is what works for me, and my windows are actually perfectly clear inside and out. Sprayway glass cleaner. And I use microfiber towels designed specifically for cleaning windows. Use them only for cleaning your car windows. Only wash them without detergent and no fabric softener. These are the towels:
THE RAG COMPANY 16 in. x 16 in. Premium Window, Glass, Mirror & Chrome Professional Korean 70/30 Microfiber LINT-FREE, STREAK-FREE Detailing Towels. You can buy their 16 X 24 inch size if you want a larger towel.
If this doesn't work I'll double your money back!

Get an empty spray bottle. Put in one-half cup rubbing alcohol, and, three half cups of water. Shake it up. Spray on your windows and wipe off with a clean dry towel. Works like a charm. No more haze or streaks.

Just a friendly reminder. Using any chemical "sprayed onto" the inside of window(s) "COULD" damage the upper dash & can definitely damage the solar bubble in center of dash right up close under the windshield (its used to detect when to increase/decrease A/C cooling in conjunction with the ambient air temp. receiver in the grill).
