Can anyone top an odometer reading of 130,000 on a C-7?

My C7 is 37 months old. I left the house this morning and the odometer read 130,606 miles. When this car hit 12,321 miles, I logged over one million Corvette mile since October 1997. I had the first C5 in Wisconsin and won David C. Hill's "Road Warrior" award at the Bowling Green 3rd birthday bash with 136,000 miles on it. 3 C5's and 3 C6's later, I bought the C7. I plan to drive it until I have 250,000 on it. Not a day ever in the shop. fuel gauge went out but if you just clear the codes it fixes itself instead of the $2200 repair bill. If anyone needs help on changing spark plugs, let me know. It is a pain.

I'm very curious to hear from folks approaching 100k miles and their repair/maintenance experience/warranty issues.

I estimate about 6k per year - weekend garage queen - on my 2017 Stingray. I just passed 3.600 miles and the car has not moved since Sunday a week ago. I work two jobs and honestly don't have the time to drive it as much as I would like.

Last weekend, though, I did drive it almost 200 miles (to and from a Corvette show in Fredericksburg + takin the "long way" home) since the weather was perfect.

Honestly, I see no reason why a late model Corvette cannot go 200,000 or more miles if maintained properly and not beaten half to death by an abusive owner. Sure, there will be some things that might wear out - but a good Chevy small-block V8 running with premium gasoline & Mobil-1 synthetic motor oil can likely outlast most anything else on the road.

On my C7 I've only put 54K... but I've had Corvettes that I've put almost 200,000 miles on. In total I've got a bit more than 700,000 miles in Corvettes- never a major problem - never.

That's believable though, he has been spending so much time driving the car that he only just now got around to joining the forum and making his first post

Can I ask what you do to clock up 45k miles plus a year? I assume you travel a lot for work.

I'm over 21k in 13 months. But I anticipate driving a little less in the next 12 months, we'll see.

Yes, I drive for a living as a Concrete Consultant for industrial floors. The best part of the story is my territory is Wisconsin, Minnesota, the Dakotas Montana and Wyoming + Western Canada. Snow, sleet, rain and ice. I drive it every day!
