The only new color will be the metallic orange. No new blue.
Apparently I made a mistake. Here is the official list according to GM:

Here are the full 12 colors for 2019:

G1E – Long Beach Red (Limited Addiction Red)
G26 – Sebring Orange (High Voltage)
G7Q – Watkins Glen Gray (Son of a Gun Gray)
G8G – Arctic White
G9F – Ceramic Matrix Gray (Genesis Metallic)
GAN – Blade Silver (Switchblade Silver)
GBA – Black
GC6 – Corvette Racing Yellow (Yell-O)
GKZ – Torch Red
GTR – Admiral Blue (Opulent Blue)

The new exterior colors are:

GJI – Dark Shadow Metallic (626D)
GS7 – Rhythm & Blue Metallic (625D)

I spoke with www.macmulkin.net/ last Monday and they said that the pricing was not released yet form GM, so we could not place an order for the 2019's yet. What has changed in the last week?

2019 Stingray, Z51, GS and Z06 orders are configurable and can be placed as of last Thursday, 11/30/17. ZR1 is still not configurable/order-able, will likely be in January.

Pricing has not been updated in the ordering system yet. Sometime between now and when the first cars hit the dealer floors pricing will be updated.

How do dealers place orders without the pricing? Or how does a customer place an order without knowing the price? Maybe I should just call them

I've been dealing with MacMulkin as well, they said they are going to tailor my wants based off of the 18' orders and if there's any changes in customization or price they will tell me. Reading all of this has me a bit concerned about what I want to do now, I want my 19' GS with competition seats damn nit!

Good question! History says if there will be a price increase it will not be more than a grand or 2. Some people prefer to wait until pricing is updated before they order, others roll the dice. At this point it looks like the only price difference is with the destination charge.

I placed my 2018 GS order last May, my dealer told me that he would use the 2017 price to get the order into the system, and then finalize the "Supplier Discount" price when GM made it available which I agreed to. In mid June the official price was released [my car arrived on 06.24] and the MSRP only increased by $45.00 which my dealer then discounted.

The 2019 ZR1 is configurable within GM's system now, but pricing is still not available:
