Default Extended warranty options?

Looking to buy a used (obviously) z06, likely a 2017-2019. Does anyone know good options / places to get an extended warranty from?

thanks!

You won’t qualify for a GMEPP warranty so you may have to look at places like Car Shield or check with your local banks/Credit Unions as they sell extended warranties on cars. Can’t vouch for the quality and customer service by those warranties nor the cost.

If its a gm dealer they should offer a 3rd party one with the sale. Ally seems to be the go to. I got that with my car I bought in July.

I went with Endurance. Just don't go with their initial offers. Show interest and they will come with better pricing.

Appreciate the responses so far… and had heard about Ally but seems they don’t not sell through a dealer. Any options if buying private party?

Will have to check that out, seems to be available to purchase directly and not just through a dealer.

haha… usually don’t buy them but curious to know about how much they would cost and possibly worth it when spending that amount of money on a used vehicle!

Depending on where you live a AAA warranty may be available. They've been around for a long time, but I have no experience with their warranty.

The questions are:

1. Do you plan to mod the car?
2. How much would repairs to the electronics and engine and transmission and rear end are you willing to pay?
3. How long do you plan to keep the car?

Get the one that Ice T is the spokesman for.
Definitely can't be a typical scam warranty that has a loophole for everything that actually happens and only covers the things that don't ever happen.

I think that guy who set up the Fyre Festival is also starting an extended warranty company

That is correct. Just give them your contact info. Get a quote. Then tell them you have to think about it and are going to check other providers. Then leave the conversation. Someone will call in a day or two and start to negotiate. The first person you speak to has limited ability to move on the price.
