Default Splat - bird strike

While out cruising trying to put miles on my C7 as my extended warranty needs 1,000 miles (and 30 days) to become active, it seems I picked up a hitchhiker.

The carcass came out of the grill in pieces but was less messy than I anticipated. No damage to the car.

Our C6.
The bugs were accumulated in about 2 hours of driving in rural Nebraska one summer, and you can barely spot the remains of a bird in the grill.

Don't let PETA see that picture - you may end up on the wrong end of a bird killing complaint.
